On 7/20/2009 I ordered online a trial size of dietary supplement from an email for shipping only $5.95. There were no conditions on the website. In 3 weeks I did not receive any product so I emailed customer service
[email protected] and received no response. A few days later I received the sample of 30 capsules. The directions were unclear whether it was 2 or 2 per day, I sent an email and did not receive a response. In about 2 weeks I received a second bottle of 30 capsules. I sent an email to cancel the shipments. I did not receive a response. On 9/20 I received my credit card statement. there was a charge for $75 on 8/11 and a charge for $80 on 8/27. I called the number for Bright discounts 401 305-2332. she asked for my order number which was on the confirming email from 7/29 27002757. she said that was not the order number, she could not do anything. She was rude and I asked for her boss, she said I would have to call back. i called the credit card company and they said they could block the supplier from any further charges but could not remove the charges, I would have to call the supplier. I called the supplier and talked to another person. He said the conditions were that I had to send back the unused portion of the bottle wihtin 2 weeks to cancel the order and receive a refund. The bottle came from China, I wouldn't have gotten it within 2 weeks, and I didnt' have it for 2 weeks before the second arrived. He said the $75 was for the remainder of the value of the first and the $80 was for the vaue of the 2nd plus 5.95 shipping. he couldn't give me a refund. I understand that someone had sent back the unused bottle and it came back non-delvierable.
