I had a revision rhinoplasty with this doctor with really bad results. My nose before the surgery was sort of turned up in that 60s scoop style but at least natural looking. M request was "straighten the bridge as much as you can".

His computer imaging skills are very good, they got me excited enuf to fork over the $15000 he charges.

The results did not come anywhere near the imaging. Nose is still turned up, pretty much the same except he added a lot of scar tissue inside which other MDs have commented on. The base of my nose is fatter than before and the nostrils are very uneven.

Too bad, he's a nice guy but his work is poor.

One strange thing, I posted my pics on a site called RealSelf, to get user opinions. They were immediately taken down. Then I found out he is a regular contributor. Maybe I am being paranoid but that made me think, wow he doesn't want anyone to see this mess.
