I had my son in April and Dr. Chainani just happened to be the on call pediatrician that night so we got stuck with him to see my son. After he was born the doctor examined him and said he's a perfectly healthy baby boy. A few day's passed and it was time for us to go home. I was waiting for my doctor to come give me my release papers and then Dr. Chainani walked in saying my son was breathing too hard to go home that day. So I patiently waited because I wanted my child to be fine when he got to go home. Well after a week in the hospital (with nothing wrong with my son at all) we finally got to go home. Well now come's the time for my son's first doctor visit. So me and my husband take him to Dr. Chainani hoping this time will be different. Well it was okay. He said he was fine and wrote a prescription for something totally harmless. A few days later my son is screaming his little head off from a tummy ache and not being able to go to the bathroom. So we call the doctor's assistant that works nights and she says she will call him right away and he would get back to us as soon as possible. Well we never heard back from him that night or the next day or the next..etc. Finally a week later he calls back and says he wants us to bring our son into the office that day. So we get there and the office is packed. Screaming kids running around, parents doing nothing about it, workers doing nothing about it and it was just plain annoying to sit in there. So we sit there for about an hour.. We talked to this woman that brought her grandson in at 3pm for an appointment. It was 6pm and they haven't been seen yet!! So we leave and reschedule an appointment. The next time we brought our son in he had a minor rash, and matter building up in his eye uncontrollably. We finally see the doctor and he says "Oh he's fine. The rash is nothing and the eye is normal don't worry about it". So we decided that its time to change doctors. We get up to the front desk waiting to pay the $25 for his records finally. (We tried to change doctors a few weeks before but the secretary said we had to pay the $25 for his records first. Tried to tell her that the new doctor could fax a release form after we sign it and it wouldn't cost anything but she wouldn't listen) So then the dumb secretary tells us "You know you can save that money and just get the new doctor to fax us a release form" We were so MAD!!!
So the moral of this story is that Dr. Chainani should have his licence revoked, the secretary's should learn how to do their job, and me personally I think the health inspector should pay them a visit. (Dirty walls, nasty nasty floors, tools laying everywhere, omg it's just disgusting!!
If you ever have to take your child to this doctor I highly recommend that you be a very tolerant person to idiotism!!
