I purchased the Dr. Nona products from a Dr. Nona consultant. The consultant guaranteed the products she presented to me will get rid of acne and seasonal allergies. The acne stuff was for my girlfriend, The Dr. Nona consultant was very convincing, and the fact that she promised it’ll work, I purchased the products. I received the products, started using them. The acne products did not work for my girlfriend, and actually irritated her skin and made her acne worse. The product I purchased for allergies also did not work. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and dissatisfied with the products. Also, the Dr. Nona Consultant did not give me a terms and conditions page and receipt. This week, we contacted the Dr. Nona consultant, her response was: if you are not satisfied call our corporate office so a refund would be issued. I contacted the corporate office 8/24/2010 offering to return the products, that I am not satisfied, they did not work and I wanted my money back, and the managers response was, we don’t guarantee anything, we will not accept any returns, we will not be issuing you a refund. The information provided by the manager at corporate, conflicts with what the Dr. Nona Consultant (representative) told us is unethical. Furthermore, the Dr. Nona consultant did not even offer me to look at their terms and conditions page, and did not offer me a receipt. I am requesting a full refund (credit) for these products, I am dissatisfied and also frustrated with Dr. Nona LTD. Unethical demeanor. My credit card company did not do anything, same with BBB, I filed disputes with both organizations.
