Hi my name is Shante.I had ordered 3 tubes of numbing cream from (ShinSachi Media Inc.)www.drnumb.com inMay 2010. I end up not needing one tube so I returned it within the 30 days of purchase. I called to make sure that they had gotten the package. I spoke with Aprille. She said yes that they had gotten the package. And the refund will take place soon between 3 to 5 days. I never gotten my refund, and I called back to back for weeks!! Last time I spoke with Dr Numb company, Aprille told me that something was wrong with their system and it will take a little while longer to process the refund. I even sent a letter asking for my refund. They Never responded back! No letter, no calls, no e-mails, and NO REFUND! I had called 4 times since last week to ask about the status of it but, everytime. I was told that "Customer Service" will contact me back in 3 to 5 minutes. And guess what everyone?! No one has called me.
And the real sad part about this is I actually liked the numbing cream-its just the bad business part. So hopefully this will get them to get in contact with me. And my refund is only $57.55 -You would think. With all the money Dr. Numb company is making that they cant even return a payment of $57.55. I wouldnt trust www.drnumb.com!
