BEWARE: Chiropractors, Dentists, Medical Doctors, health care professionals. The following is my experience with a company called TRINITY MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, Inc., 6340 W 56th Ave, Unit 1, Arvada, CO 80002. The main contact person is Matt Carns. The website is www.trinitymedicalsolutions.com. Trinity Medical Solutions advertises on ebay and in both medical and chiropractic trade journals. My attorney is moving towards filing for FRAUD and BREACH OF CONTRACT due to my following experience with this company.
I first contacted Matt Carns in the latter part of 2007. I was initially very impressed with the prompt response I always received from both Matt and a staff member by the name of Brian Hardy. I had them send me a quote for a DRX 9000C which includes both lumbar and cervical spinal decompression capabilities. The quote was for $80, 000 and included professional crating, shipping, training, etc. I proceeded to apply for a lease from the bank which was approved and Trinity Medical Solutions received the funds in full on approximately Jan. 18, 2008.
I was told that the machine would be professionally crated and shipped by Feb. 11, 2008. It occurred to me on Feb. 11th, 2008 that no one had contacted me either by email or phone about the shipment of the machine, in fact I hadn't received any correspondence from Trinity Medical Solutions since they had received funds. I called Matt Carns and asked if the machine had been sent. He assured me that it would be sent soon. As days were passing by I continued to call Trinity Medical Solutions, but the staff never seemed to know what was going on with the shipment of the machine and Matt Carns never seemed to be around. I was always told he was in a meeting or on the phone and he would not return any of my phone calls or emails. By this time I was extremely concerned. After the next approximate 2 weeks getting the run around by Brian Hardy and not being able to speak with Matt Carns I had no choice but to acquire the services of a professional attorney.
The attorney sent an email to Matt Carns and spoke with him by phone a number of times explaining that his research showed he was in breach of contract. Matt Carns assured the attorney that the machine would be shipped promptly and provided the phone number of a professional crating company where the machine had been dropped off at. The machine took approximately a couple of weeks to crate, however Trinity Medical Solutions did not pay the crating company their fee for a number of weeks after they had finished crating it and as a result would not release it to the freight forwarding company. All this time I am calling Trinity Medical Solutions on an almost daily basis and given some lame excuse as to why the machine hadn't been shipped yet.
The machine was finally picked up by a freight forwarding service on approximately April 11th, 2008 and arrived at the city of destination on approximately April 24th, 2008. From there I was assured by Brian Hardy and Matt Carns that a tech would be here to install the machine and provide training within a few days. .
Upon opening the crating it was found that I had not been sent a Axiom DRX9000C but simply a Axiom DRX9000. The entire cervical decompression portion which had been paid for was nowhere to be found. The difference in price between a DRX9000C and DRX9000 is approximately $35, 000. Today is June 22, 2008 and the machine is still completely unusable in pieces in a room of my office and I have yet to receive the cervical decompression portion into my possession, but have been assured that it has been shipped. It has been over 5 months since Trinity Medical Solutions has been paid in full.
I have lost thousands upon thousands in revenue. Clients that I had waiting for the decompression machine have searched out other avenues as a result of the wait. I have been making lease payments to the bank on a machine that is to this day still completely unusable. I wouldn't wish this experience with Trinity Medical Solutions on my worst enemy.
I am mentally and emotionally exhausted and have finally turned everything over to the attorney to move forward with filing with the Colorado and New Mexico Attorney General's office for breach of contract and FRAUD. I feel completely SCAMMED. I am so upset by how I have been treated.
