The Center for Plastic Surgery was recommended to me by a friend of mine who goes to another doctor there. This doctor was booked so I scheduled an appointment for Botox and Juvederm with Dr. Flynn who had openings. Long story short...the day of my appointment he had to take a break between injecting my upper lip and lower lip with the Juvederm because I was going to pass out. While giving me a break, his nurse through away the syringe with the remainder of the Juvederm that he was going to inject in my lower lip. When he returned to the room, he was shocked that his nurse threw it away and told me that I would not be able to get my lower lip done. He told me that I did not need it anyway. He gave me a $125 discount for the amount that was thrown away. Well, it was very evident the following day that I did need my bottom lip injected for symmetry. I called the next working day to schedule and clearly explained that I would pay for the portion that was thrown away (the discounted portion). On the day of my appointment, Dr. Flynn refused to inject the amount which was thrown away unless I paid for another FULL SYRINGE. I attempted to explain that this was his responsibility but he became threatening and refused to hear me. When I then attempted to show him that the Botox he injected did not work, he stormed out of the room telling me, "I'm done talking with you." I cannot believe how immature and unprofessional this "surgeon" acted. Interesting enough, I received a phone call a half hour later from his receptionist stating that Dr. Flynn reconsidered and would give me a free syringe of Juvederm. Obviously I declined. I would never go back to this doctor and I hope that this message prevents someone from having a horrible experience as well. I should have known from my first interactions with him... I had to go to another doctor to "even out" my lips. Please carefully interview him prior to committing to any procedure. On a side, the other doctors at this facility are very good.
