I am so sick of these letters coming to my house addressed to my father. I've tried to explain that these are scams. Today he received a letter from DRD in Jericho, NY from a P.O. Box. In the letter was included a fake check for $1, 400, 000. I immediately came to the internet and saw the other complaints. It's times like these that I am even more grateful for the internet and complaint sites like yours. The letter was an exact replica of the letter you described...such trash!!! I showed these complaints to my dad, and then we shredded it.
