I recently placed an order by mail and 3 weeks later I haven't seen or heard anything from them. After calling I am informed it takes 2 weeks for them to get the order, 1 week for them to fill the order, and another week to two weeks for delivery. This is a Christmas gift I will not be receiving until well into January it seems, when I sent it out at the end of November. It is 2010...when does ordering EVER take this long and is this INNEFFICIENT??

I ordered a pair of slippers two months ago, recieved them but was way too small and wasn't what I thought they would be . sent back on June 25, 2010.Been waiting for my refund and the cost of $4.90 in postage it cost me to return these slippers.I received a new catalog the other day, but how do you expect me to buy anything if this is how your business is operated.Please send refund.

I have not recieved my ordered merchandise as of 7/13/09. Almost three weeks after they have cashed my check and its cleared my bank. My bank can not help me except to say that the "company's" bank routing number is on the back of the check. The phone listed for the company in the White Pages is not connected. I called their local post office and found out that DREAM LANE IS NOT AN ACTUAL PHYSICAL ADDRESS AND THAT NO FACILITY EXISTS. A person comes to pick up the mail at the post office. There is no additional contact information for this company that I can find. Please let me know if anyone else does, I'd love my money back!

I wrote check #2283 on June 9, 2008 to Dream Products Inc. for Items 94922 & 94923. My check for $33.94 was cashed and cleared my bank June 19, 2008.

Today is Monday, July 14, 2008, and I still have not received my order.

After my Wife showed me this nice looking newspaper ad, advertising these great looking wallets (2 for 1), I went to the site on Apr 2, 08 to order them. The cost wasn't much, but it is the principle. These PPL claim to be in business for 25 yrs. so should know what the heck they are doing. I complained by email. They did respond, apologizing, saying that they would re-ship the order, Their email to me, on 5/12/08:

"Please accept our apologies for you not receiving your order.
We will reship your order via expedited mail immediately. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for delivery.
We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and for allowing us to correct it. Have a wonderful day!



Well tomorrow is the 22nd of MAY, and will be the tenth day. I doubt that it will arrive. These PPL appear to be con artists IMO. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
