Nightmare
Based on an advertisement found in my newspaper's coupon packet, I ordered a pair of slippers from this company's website on Nov. 27, 2010. It was stated that delivery might take up to 4 weeks, but that most customers received their orders within 2-3 wks. Given the low price of the item and that I had not found any others where the soles were cushioned with memory foam, I was willing to be patient.
After placing the order, I noticed that I was charged a $1.50 "processing fee" on top of the $2.00 "handling fee." (Shipping was said to be free.) This $1.50 fee was not shown or mentioned on the order form on the newspaper ad. I immediately wrote to their customer service dept. requesting that this fee be refunded. They complied, explaining:
"The $1.50 processing fee helps us to continue offering low prices, value premiums and other promotions. If you wish not to participate in this contribution, simply un-check the box located on the bottom of the first page on future orders."
This ridiculous explanation sounds like a recipe for ripping off unsuspecting customers.
I then waited for my order to arrive, expecting to receive it by Christmas at the latest. It did not. After Christmas I wrote to their customer service dept. expressing my dissatisfaction and insisting that they use whatever means necessary to ship my order to me within 3 business days.
I later received an response informing me that the item was on backorder and that I could call them to cancel.
I did call. I was told that the restock was expected mid-January, and therefore it would be February before I could possibly receive it--this had not been mentioned in the email. I did cancel the order.
Given...
1. the unreasonably long shipping time I was expected to wait
2. the unexpected fee they attempted to charge me
3. the fact that I never received a notice that the item was on backorder and shipping would be delayed
...I want to go on record to complain in spite of the fact that I was able to receive a refund. Given the seasonal nature of this item, it will now be difficult to acquire a reasonable substitute.

Never received
I ordered 2 pairs of therapeutic shoes for my dad and mom since they liked it so much when they saw it on the catalog. and ordered myself a pair of boots. it costs me about $60.. plus i'l be getting free gifts. i paid for the expedited shipping for 5.95.. it's been over weeks now and i havent received anything yet!!! im so mad ryt now!!! whoever is ripping this off. shame on you!

caalin me a million times wanting me to try an offer free for7 dayd
I ordered an item from dream products, Immediatly i stated recieving phone calls thanking me for my order and that inside my order package would be 100 dollar vouchers for gas and something to try for 7 days then call to cancel or keep it and my credit card ending in then read off numbers, I told them I am on disability and did not and could not afford anyting. All I have to do is look at it then cancel the number is right on the paper But keep the gas valchures as a gift for looking at the product. Then they said for security purposes can u give me the number of the credit card I hung up. Well I got my order and love the item but there were no gas valchers and nothing to try for free for 7 days or a number to call to cancel. So my credit card better not be charged anything or I will sue for fraud . I have the number that kept calling me locked in my phone

returned merchnadise and ordered substitutes
We ordered and received a back brace ( order #927734 that was returned with your return label and replacemnet requests were included. I requested a pair of slippers and some "peds" to wear instead of stockings. This was done approximately 3 weeks ago. I have not seen the merh=chandise nor an acknowlegment fo the order.

Customer Service
I returned an item that supposedly has never been received by Dream Products. In my several attempts to track down the return or find out what recourse I have, the Customer Service representative is basically unconcerned with my business and happily took my name off their mailing list without any apology, offer of assistance, trying to make me happy about Dream Products Inc. or anything. To all of you out there, you'd better hope you don't have to return an item or deal with Customer Service. They are unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB over this issue.

order shipped not complete
ordered 2 pair of shoes nov 18th got 1 pair never received other called they said they were backordered said never mind wanted refund company said refund would be received in 2 weeks been 6 weeks and still nothing

refund never issued
these people don't ship in a timely fashion and they really (you have to argue with them), to get a refund. The 1st time I screamed. I sent back a pair of slippers from the same order and to date no monies back. Don't buy from them

order never recieved
I was looking through a veterans magazine they send to my boyfriend and of course because of that i trusted the retailers. I spent my last $20.97 at that time to order a pair of shoes before the snow hit up here in Alaska. I made my order on 11/7/2009. The check was cashed on 11/19/2009 and my shoes have yet to arrive. I thought that i was being impatient so i continued to order other things from other places and with no problem every thing that i ordered was here with in that next week so now i realized that this is a scam and more people need to know about places like this.

did not receive the adaptor for cordless ionic smokeless ashtray
I received my ionic ashtray today and did not get the adaptor that plugs into the 12V DC input socket. I cannot get the unit to operate. Please advice as what I should do??????
