Hello. I am the Vice President at Dream Products and would like to address some of the comments on this board. First, anyone who is having an issue, please contact our customer service dept at 1-800-410-2153. I have noticed shipping time seems to be an issue on many of these complaints. Please note that we ship through the US Post Office as a way of keeping our product costs low to the consumer. We ask that the customer allow at least 4 weeks for delivery of their product. In most cases it will arrive within 2 weeks from the time we ship it, however, sometimes it does take a little longer through the post office. Also, if you send cash or your order form is not filled out clearly, it definitely causes a delay in processing. If you mail in the order, you need to allow at least a week for us to receive and process that order. Our customers are very important to us and we will take care of any issue that you have. My customer number is #6734887. I notified the company last November that the two bras I purchased where way too small. No problem I was told simply mail them back. I did exactly that. I went to Long's Post Office, paid the shipping and have heard nothing. I have made repeated attempts to contact them by telephone, but their machine, "we are busy right now, please stay on the line, etc." just played over and over again. I ordered some slipper socks for my husband that were actually cheaper than the two bras. I figured they would come around Christmas time, but nothing came. Every chance I get I will continue to pursue this. I would appreciate some assistance. Thank you, Linda Moore

I ordered a theraputic pillow for $12.97 plus $2.00 shipping The check was mailed and cashed
It was ordered the middle of Nov.

I bought these soft side boots for my grandaughter on Oct. 16/08. I had them shipped to her and she has not yet recieved them . They have cashed the check. and As of Nov 5 /08 she still has not recieved them I have no Phone number to call about this order.
