item never received
I sent a check for a wallet/cell phone holder the check was cashed on 10-14-08. I never received the item. The check was in the amount of &12.87. Send me my money back if I am not getting the item. Thats sad when a company has ads for items then don't send them. Stop putting flyers in the sunday paper for your company that doesn't sound like its a business. Send me my money back. Bonnie

I ordered #94355 from you catalog. I received the items by mail. I looked at the items and I noticed that they were very flimsy built, in fact one of the holders had already ripped. I was going to return them to you but I noticed that by the time I paid postage to return them it would have cost me more than they were worth. Therefore I will keep them and just grin and bear it. Thank you.

never received spinal pillow and they cashed my check
I ordered a therapeutic spinal pillow from Dream Products, they cashed my check, too. It was ordered Sept. 10 and I've yet to hear from them.

Slippers
I returned the slippers because they were too small, asking for a size larger. I haven't heard or gotten the slippers. I sent the order with the address. Now all I can get is the website www.dreamproductscatalog.com
Even when I went to help, there was no phone or way to get to a person. Can you help me?

Items ordered and not recieved
I Mailed personal check along with hand written order, as requested by Dream products. The check cleared my bank several DAYS later. It has now been eight weeks and the merchandise has not been recieved.I have contacted this company, spoke with several people who said my money would be returned. As of today some two months later, it has not been recieved.
How can a company like this take innocent peoples money and ignore their request and concerns afterwards?
I do not reccommend to anyone to place an order to this company. Sincerely, Mildred Largin

Selling name list
I was told my name would not be sold; however, I have since recieved soliciations from companies. When asked, "where did you get my name?" Yes, it was Dream Products. I will no longer purchase from this company.
