Didn't get merchandise

I ordered my second Spin Relief Pillow last March 19th, 09 which I did not receive.

My first order came about Dec 08. That pillow I left at a Hotel while on vacation so I order another in Mar of 09.

still waiting on my order

I ordered 10 pair of white and 2 pair of black socks made esp. for Diabetics on 11/19/2008.. I paid by check the amount of73.59 and the check has cleared the bank long ago but it is now3/10/09 and I still do not have my socks... I have ordered from this company before and never have had to wait this long... I never have gotten any card or call from this telling me if there is a delay in my order... what is going on here?
