Does not have boat listed in DOT for hauling only able to haul cars per DOT

WAS PLACED Out of Service 6 out of 9 Inspections for violations per DOT Gov site. Would you want this roug hauler transporting your boat? Not even endorced to carry boat per DOT site onlys cars. I wouldn't let a foot doctor give me a heart transplant!!
