My complaint is self explanitory. In the wake of massive bailouts and credit problems I thought banks would appreciate their paying customers A LOT more. Here a copy of the corrospondence:

Please be assured, as per my original comment, that I am giving formal notice that this account IS to be cancelled immediately, November 11, 2008.
Also I will NEVER shop at Dress Barn again. Please be assured that anyone who asks me about Dress Barn will receive an unfavorable rating.

I have had this account for some time. I have always paid this account
online and on the due date. Reciently you have implimented a $10.00
processing fee on you customers who decide to pay online ON THE DUE
DATE!! This is an OUTRAGIOUS charge and completely unjust.
If I go into a Dress Barn and pay my account in the store, there is a
longer wait for processing and employee time is used. I am certin that
with this perspective, it is a matter of time before you charge your
customers for that.
With intrest rates at their lowest, I am still paying almost 23%, now
you have figured out a new way to gouge your customers.
If this practice continues, I will cancel my overrated Dress Barn
account and take my business elsewhere.
