Bill
Today, I called the Customer Service line to see why I hadn't received my bill. I made a purchase on 05/07/2010. I hadn't used the credit card in two years, by my oversight I didn't call and change the address, but through the postal service I did change the address. I called to try and see what was going on with my bill because by this time I should have received my bill. I talked to a very rude customer service rep and she went to telling me I don't know why you didn't receive your bill. I informed her that I wouldn't get into an altercation with her. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and she informed me that the company wasn't able to give me the previous address. I had to go over the addresses that I resided in previously. This is when I found out that I didn't change the address. The supervisor Amanda was rude also and said very rudely that I can assure you that the address hadn't been changed for two years. Amanda can give me that information in a rude manner, but you can't tell me what address you have. I closed my account. I will never allow people to talk to me rudely, and take my money also. NEVER

Charge to receive paper bill
I am appalled that when I received my Dress Card bill it stated that they were waiving my monthly one-dollar processing fee to give me more time to register for a paperless statement. If I didn't have a computer and wasn't able to have paperless statements I could cancel my account to avoid getting the $1 a month fee they are going to charge. Outrageous...just totally ridiculous. We now have no recall in reference to receiving bills and being charged additional charges just to hold them on top of the high finance charges. What is this world coming to. Thanks Obama!!! You've done yet again another great job...!!!

False Advertising / Rude Service
Today my mother and I spent over 2 hours trying on clothes. I had over $300 picked out and my mother had about the same. We saw a rack of sweaters and jackets. There was a sign on the rack thats stated "All sweaters buy 1 get the secon 50% off" All of the jackets and sweaters were tagged with a red tag that stated the same thing.We each picked out 2 jackets. When we approached the cashier we were told that the sale did not include the jackets even though they had the same sale tags on them. The store supervisor walked up and told me that I needed to learn to read and rudely turned and walked away. My mother and I each laid down our purchases and informed the cashier who WAS trying to help us we would rather give our business who valued their customers.We did not buy anything nor will we ever buy anything at this store again.

On-line Payments
I have been trying to pay my bill on-line for 45 minutes now and I have never in my life seen a web site that is so hard to navigate! I tried calling to pay on the phone but they charge $10 for that "service."
This company is impossible to navigate their website!!!

Payment Harrassment
I paid the balance due in full after the due date. I received over 4 phone calls a day even after I told them I paid in full.

This is total harassment and a violation of the FDCPA.
This company needs to be sued for harrassment.

I have documented each and every call.
The calls came from multiple area codes (614) (913) (303) and caller ID names, WFN Natl Bank, Kansas City KS, Reynoldsburg OH, Westerville OH and ADS.

Does anyone know a great attorney that will sue this company!

payment charge
I can't believe it ...this company charges $10.00 to pay your bill over the telephone . Upon hearing this I decided I didn't need to deal with a company that has policy's like this so I said I would pay off the balance and I wanted the account closed...they refused to pay it off and only would take the monthly balance owed by my Visa with a charge of $10.00. The way the world finances are today I would think this company would be happy to get their money.
Warning anyone who deals with this company not to as it's like throwing extra money out the window.
I'll ride down to the store and pay off my bill FOREVER.

first bill received 10/30; incl late fees and interest
I signed up for a credit card in July. I never received the credit card, and only received the first bill on 10/30/08. The bill included interest charges and two months worth of late fees. I received a nasty phone call this morning (11/2) - actually, my husband spoke to a very rude person. I called the number on the caller id; Dress Barn was not one of the options, so I used the "all other" option, and was disconnected. I called the 800 number on the bill, and spoke to "Sam" to whom I explained that I had not received bills, and he insisted that as my address was correct, I had indeed received them. He also told me that I had to call customer service to cancel my card. He did tell that he could, as a courtesy, remove one $20 late fee if I were to pay over the phone (for an additional $10 convenience fee), but there was on way I was going to give him my bank information. I said that I'd pay online at the address on the bill https://onlineaccess.mycreditcard.cc/dressbarn. Unfortunately, when I tried to do that, the website either doesn't exist, or is missing something; if you click on the icon shown it just brings you back to the same page - not into a website. Then I tried finding a website for WFNNB and found lots of complaints but no actual website, but it did bring me to this site. If you can't offer any help to me, at least I can add my name and complaint to a long list of similar dealings.
