	Janell Whitworth January 22, 2009 too many charges to my account and I want to cancel I received a charge to my VISA account on 12/21, posted on 12/22 for $79.95 and then another charge on 1/5, posted on 1/6 also for $79.95. I asked for the free trial bottle only, I want these charges to stop.

I knew I had two weeks for the trial usage but they conveniently provided me with NO contact info. ... 15 days later I have a $79.95 charge on my credit card, plus some charge to www.fit-fac.com for $29.95.

	Kalyn December 25, 2008 Unauthorized Charge I called a number to receive a free sample of the product and was charge the $5 for shipping which was agreed to. Three days later I had a charge of $80 and no product was received.
