I was able to speak with a representative whose name was "Samson" and claimed he didn't have a last name. I told him I wanted to cancel my "replentishment program" and I wanted an authorization number relating to my cancel request. He told me that his company does not give cancellation numbers. He spent most of his time trying to convince me to continue using the product and offered a $60.00 discount off all future orders. I declined.
I then contacted my credit card company about unauthorized charges to my account after ordering the free trial offer. The representative in the billing disputes department was very aware of this company. She told me about a web site that she had found through her personal research: www.myorderhelp.com - that offered an e-mail way to cancel auto shipments and further billings. She said that some of her clients had success with this e-mail contact. So for all of you who have not been able to speak to someone - please use this website.
Also be certain to obtain a Return Authorization # BEFORE you return any unopened product. Per credit card laws, you can't just refuse delivery of the product - you need to return it with an RMA#. If you do this the credit card company can then refuse payment of their continuing charges.
Stay away from these products - I plan on telling Oprah and Dr Oz of this unfortunate company using their names in advertising. I admit - their endorsement sold me on the products.
