I ordered a "free" sample of Bromalite, only paying for shipping, via an internet offer and quickly realized that I was being sent additional bottle of bromalite and being charged $71.98 for each bottle. After two such charges I cancelled with Bromalite. Unfortunately that was not the end of the scam. I was "enrolled" in an on-line fitness tracker program, which I later found out to be fitfactory.com. I have been charged $29.95 every month for a year by different companies, DJMLiftstyleFit, SelfHelp, FitnessHub, Hub Healthy, MyTrainer. Most of these companies are listed on my credit card bill from Nevada, but a few are from California and Utah. When I finally realized I was being duped I called both companies. Bromalite says it is clearly written in their terms of agreement that they are enrolling you in this program. Fitfactory.com says they sent me a welcome email with client ID number when I joined. I don't recall ever receiving such an email. Be aware when you agree to purchasing a "free" supplement that you will most likely get charged above and beyond what you are getting. I was able to cancel my fitfactory.com enrollment and after much complaining they are refunding me for 3 of my 12 months.

I ordered this product and never received it...I called to complain and was told they would reship. At this time I instructed them to cancel the account. Later that month I was charged an additional $69.95 for product I NEVER RECEIVED. There is no customer service, whatsoever. I have reported them to my bank and plan on having my bank challenge the charge. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! IT IS A SCAM!!!

Had to literally close my credit card account to discontinue these charges in the hundreds under all different listings such as computer software ect. No shipping invoice or contact information came with what was supposidly a FREE trail offer.Beware of this company!!! With all the complaints something has to come of it!!

Apparently many of us were duped. I am also getting unauthorized charges for nature's best acai - when I called they told me the information was there on the website - well it was, but to see it I had to click on a small link on the bottom of the page that said terms of offer. I didn't see it. I've been told my membership in that (as well as two others I knew nothing about) have been cancelled - what a scam. I told the operator I was contacting the attorney general's office if the charges don't disappear. Probably won't do any good since they're probably in a foreign country somewhere, based on the accents of the women I spoke with (the first call the operator hung up on me.) So far I have been unsuccessful in coming up with an address or phone number for the DRI bromalite product.

Ordered the FREE trial. Then got my bank statement with 74.90 worth of unauthorized charges!!
