Hi there.
I have been charged twice for the same anti virus service on my home computer.
A message continually appeard after I registered my renewal on March 18/2011 that my service had run out,
Thinking the first attempt failed after two weeks of continually receiving a message that my service had run out I made a second attempt on March 27/ 2011 wich appeared to have been successful, However I have been charged twice for the same email account/computer.
I would like to be re-embursed for for $99.95 plus $9.95
