Stay away from this company. They are unethical and refuse to give refunds and hide behind their terms and condition statement which is in very fine print. You have NO CHANCE of a refund once you sign up. In my case, I never received a user name and password that they claimed to have sent to me. Meanwhile they continued to charge my credit card saying they sent an email to me. I told them if I received the email then I must have made an attempt to access their service with the user name and password they assigned/sent? They said they do not have the ability to see whether or not I did and stated that because they provided me with a username and password it is not their fault that I did not decide to use it. Really? Does it make sense to think that anyone would sign up for a service and then decide not to use the service and let their credit card continue to get charged month after month? These guys are crooks and this is one big SCAM! Stay away.
If you want to report these guys to the Better Business Bureau here is where they are located...according to them?

FYI...I also disputed these charges with my credit card company who said they have had a number of complaints about this particular company but the level of complaints fell just short of the amount they required to send out notifications or warnings about this company. They also said that this type of company will tend to change their business name once the complaints reach a certain level so they become impossible to track. I feel my credit card company could care less about my interest so I will be switching back to American Express who stood behind me 100% when I had a similar situation about a disputed charge. Spread the word about this DRI Google company to keep others from falling into their trap.
Does anyone know how GOOGLE let their name be associated with this company? Does anyone know who to contact at Google to file a complaint about how this company is misrepresenting themselves in the name of Google? Thanks.
