I made several purchases on Jan. 20th and 21st for computer software/downloads. I have been charged for these products and downloads but have not been able to download anything at all, at any time since. I have paid in over $4oo so far. I have called Microsoft, Digital River, and orderfind.com. EACH and ALL has told me they have NO RECORD of my purchases yet they ACKNOWLEDGE billing me. My bank has given me all transaction information which shows each. debit to my account. They all come from Microsoft/Digital River/orderfind.com.
AGAIN!, EACH OF THESE COMPANIES HAS TOLD ME VERY EXPLICITLY THAT I AM THE ONE IN THE WRONG AND NONE OF THEM HAS ANY RECORDS OF MY NAME, EMAIL, DEBIT CARD NUMBER OR ANYTHING!!HOW in the world is that possible?!?!!
I wanted Microsoft home and student 2007, a Professional upgrade, I converted a trial period into a full purchase, I HAVE RECIEVED NONE OF THESE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS! I WANT MY $400 BACK!! The bank is investigating as well, they see very obviously!!, charges. This is disgustingly obnoxious fraud!! You lied to me AS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE me, then tell me Im wrong, Im out the money, and conveniently enough, there's no record, EVER, of any purchase! I am filing charges with the bank, on my own, and notifying several agencies. Bill Gates doesn't need my paltry dollars! Give them back, Ill purchase elsewhere!!
