unauthorised charge to my VISA card
I have received a debit of NZ$41.22 equal to US$29.95 and have not requested any item. This is an unauthorised charge on my VISA card. Please credit my VISA card forthwith. Thankyou.

Unauthorised charge on credit card
DRI PC TOOLS has debited (stolen) money from my credit card without my authorisation. I downloaded software about 2 years ago and have been charged $41.64 2 years later. Not good business practice, very unprofessional. THIS IS BASICALLY STEALING! Don't let them get away with it. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!

credit card charge without consent
I have just had £19.58 taken from my account without my permission from the above company, rang the credit card company who informed me that as it was a guaranteed payment there was nothing they could do about, I don't know how a company like pc tools can let someone using their name to scam people.

suspect fraudulent business practices
I opted out of auto renewal 2 months before. Still was charged. When this happened I ogged into my account to find that it was listed as auto renewal. They make customers go through a lot of complicated steps to try to confuse you. When I switched to manual renewal they emailed me to alert me that this change had been made and wanted to know why. I replied that I would decide how to use my money. Now you see they ignored the change, erased the change and have submitted the annual charge. Beware of this company people.
