I have two charges on my bank account from a site called MYORDER.COM. One was made today, and one was made on February 12, 2009. One was for $29.97, and the other was for $39.97. I have disputed these charges through my bank. However, My bank has advised that they really cannot do anything about these charges because my pin number was supposedly used. Well, I know that is not true. I never use my pin code except at my bank's ATM machine. I have not placed any orders on line, and resent the fact that some computerized voice can charge my account whatever it wants to whenever it wants to. This is so absurd. Is that not anything that can be done about this. I am a very poor disabled person, and I live on a very small disability check. I cannot afford to have these charges against my account. I need all my money, just to keep afloat. I do not know what email address they used. I cannot get anyone to talk to on the phone. What can be done about this?????????????////
