They ae awful!!!
I did a 30 day trial for 3.99 and then when I saw it was worthless I called to cancel and they offered me a special rate of 9.95 a month. I tried to be nice and said something to the effect of it sounded like a great deal but I did not accept it. I was going over my card statements and I realized they have still be charging me!!! I called and told them to cancel it and that they had made a mistake and I wanted them to refund my money. The man argued with me for at least 15 minutes repeated lying and saying that he was a senior officer and he was the only person I could talk to. I told hem I knew there was somebody that he had to answer to and who told him what to do, so look away form the promt screen and connect me with his boss NOW or I would report them to the BBB- This is a ressesion and I need my money to feed my kids!!! He said ohh ok and I waited for another 15-20 minutes to speak with his "manager". This hostile, rude man got on the phone and asked me what I wanted when I tried to tell him he started Yelling (literally) over me and I could not even explain what I was calling about. He would seriously pause when I tried to let him finish and then start yelling again when I would try to talk. I could not believe that it was even happening. I have worked in the Customer Service industry from retail to hospitality to education and I have never seen such a vulgar, abusive display used with a customer.
Funny that they hire people to shop and check the services of businesses- apperently they do not have people shopping them-
They get a huge F-!
Just a sidenote- I am hispanic and I live in a very diverse area-My children are biracial-This being said I could not understand alot of what was trying to be sold to me. I was obviously speaking with a company that has routed it telecomunications overseas. When they read off of a prompt screen at 100 words a minute and they have an foreign accent that is undisernable and unfamiliar, it is to dificult to understand the "fine print" and it should in no way be a legally binding contract anyhow.
Stay away from this company in my opinion, they are shaddy and unethical.

AFTER CANCELLING MY SUBCRIPTION WITH DRI SHOPPER MY BANK INFORMED ME TODAY THAT THIS GUYS ARE STILL PULLING OUT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
