I was charged $59.99 for a product I supposedly needed in order to install my AVG anti-virus. It ended up being so that I didn't need anything to install my anti-virus. Although I didn't order or receive this product that I paid for my debit card was charged and I want a refund on this amount because this is fraud. I do not appreciate money being takenout of my acount withut my authorization. I have already asked for a refund on the site I was on when I could not download this product that I was suppose to get or need. Evidently it was a huge scam and I want my money back. I am very upset about all of this.
