I found an unauthorized deduction from my checking account in the amount of 49.95. I don't know how to get in touch with them. I googled them and got this web site. I found that others have complained about the same company over the same issue. What do I do?

I was charged $49.95 Last month (August) and this month (September) for something that I didn't sign up for. When I called them, They told me that on July 23rd, I signed up for some sort of secret shopping account and some sort of DRI Surplus Supplier account and said that I called them back and canceled the account but did not cancel the surplus supplier account, and because I didn't, they are still charging my card. I told them I didn't and I wanted them to refund the money that they took out of my account. When they told me they couldn't, he said I could call back and speak to a supervisor in the morning (Monday). Needless to say that I'm calling them tomorrow and request that my money be put back into my account. I'm a single parent with a 14 year old son and a part time job. From what I've read on this site, they are taking advantage of a lot of people and it's not right.

This company has made unauthorized charges to my account and I have accumulated overdraft charges. The first unauthorized amount was for $3.95, they have since replaced that amount after being contacted and making them alert of the situation. I told them then that I do not want them making any other charges to my account. They did not listen because I recieved a second charge made was for $49.95 and this charge is what caused an overdrafted to my account. Since then they have replaced the money, but have not paid for the overdraft fees . I demand that this matter be handle as soon as possible. The overdraft fees has amounted to $104. 83.

I believe there is a connection between IP Shoppers select and Dri Surplus supplier. I saw an add in the newspaper for mystery shoppers who get paid to eat out at restaurants if they rate and evaluate the customer service. I called the number and the woman said there would be a one time charge of $1.95 to get me started. I said ok . The next thing I know, my credit card was charged $1.95 from shoppers select and also their appeared a $1.95 charge to Dri surplus suppliers. One week later, my credit card is charged an unauthorized $19.95 from IP Shoppers select and an unauthorized $39.95 from DRI surplus supplier. I was able to get IP Shoppers select to refund the $19.95 But I had never even heard of the DRI surplus suppliers. So, I cancelled my credit card and I am disputing the Dri charges. If something sounds to good to be true it always tuns out to be a scam so beware of jobs and promises of fast or easy money.

This company that I have never heard of, and still do not know what kind of establishment they might have advertised themselves to be, + began subtracting money from my card. Starting with $1.95 then $39.95. HOW do I STOP this?!
