received my credit card bill and found a charge done on 6/26/09 in the amount of $191.97. I didn't make this purchase. As a matter of fact, I don"t even know what this charge is for. I have contacted my credit card company and advised them of the same thing. They will be cancelling this charge effective immediately.

I have been bothered by the fact of needing Norton protection and I was notified by Comcast that I already have protection by them . I never set up your offer because my computer would not accept it. I wish to have the $73.14 removed from my bill by your returning my money by crediting my charge account. End,

I renewed my security contract with norton on line and there was all kinds of mumble jumble on my screen while I was doing this only to find out that I hadn`t been registered with norton and had to start all over again. Gave my name, email adress, visa card # and after an hour I was finally registered. Today I received my visa bill and found A charge for norton $52.99 and a charge for dri symantec hp cpc located @ www.myord.commn re#1695138515 for $69.98. I didn`t order anything from this business ! Whats next for me to do? You know I worked my butt off until I retired at 67 years and never took anything that I didn`t earn and that includes respect. I can`t believe the amount of BS that is going on and all people that sit on their ass trying to figure out how to cheat people out of the money that they have worked to get.

I purchased DRI Symantec on Dec, 14, 2007. It was charged to my VISA on that date. I paid 69.98 for 1 year of service. Now, 9/22/08, I am getting pop ups that I have no Norton. Who do you call?
