On 21/04/2009, £69.99 was taken out of my bank account card transaction. But I have no recollectoin of this transaction being used by me. Please help me.

did not order this product or any other product.tried the free download but did not authorize for purchase of any product.34.99 was one, 74.99 was another.I am very upset and displeased with this whole ordeal.

charged 4 times for something I did not order
I ordered nothing and was charged $114.99 four times, twice one day and twice the next day. I want my money refunded.

Unauthorized taking of my money
I recently downloaded a FREE trial of Norton internet security 2010 and was asked to enter my bank details knowing that in the details given my details would not be used for payments. But unfortunately this was not the case. I would like my £47.85 back back otherwise I will be contacting an authoritive figure concerning this matter.

billing scam
I renewed my Virus protection. Symanec stated that my credit card did not go through their system. So i used a different one and when I received my credit card statements i noticed that symanec charged me twice. The first credit card that they claimed did not go through did. i had two charges for $54.99. I would like one removed please contact me at 3017659226

false charge on Visa
My Norton internet protection evidently had expired - I started getting pop-up notices I needed to update so I attempted to download a Norton plan for 69.99 - it did not complete the download so I accepted a 30-day trial for Norton 360 Premier Edition to keep me protected until my Visa bill came in so I could see if I'd been charged for the 1st plan I went with...unfortunately, I have been charged and for $123.98 instead. No phone # on my Visa bill so I can resolve this error.
