I downloaded Norton/Symantec on 9/8/08 but did not finish and recd no confirmation but an amount of $69.99 was taken out of my checking account and on 10/12/08 I successfully downloaded the program and was charged $69.98 for order #776599427. Can you check why I was billed on 9/8/08 and give me a refund. Thanks

I have been charged $39.99 from Dri symantec and did not order this. I had renewed my Norton Annual renewal virus protection and was charged $42.39 on the same bill. I don't know why this happened. I need to ask for a refund and don't know how to do it.

I ORDERED AN UPGRADE CD ONLINE, ONLY TO FIND OUT THE NEXT DAY THAT I NEEDED THE FULL EDITION (INTERNET SECURITY SUITE). WHEN IT ARRIVED, DELIVERY WAS REFUSED AND A REFUND REQUESTED. TO DATE, NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED NOR HAVE I BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT THESE TURDS AGAIN!

I thought I was ordering an Anti Norton Virus Program for one year. My VISA was charged $49.99 on July 11, 2008 for DRI Symantec. Ref. No. 5707

My next VISA statement charged me $52.99 for Norton Annual Renewal 877-294-5265 CA July 31, 2008 Ref. No. 1306

Please advise why I have been charged twice. I don't understand the charge of $49.99 for DRI Symantec Ref. No. 5707

why am I being charged for this...I ordered Norton not Symantec, please explain
