Taking money from my account
I thought you would have replied by now, i wrote to you yesterday about the £54.99 you have taken out of my bank account for what, as i never received anything. You can forward me a cheque to my name and my address as i will take this further. This is a lot of money. I am a member of which magazine and will be asking them for advice.

Unauthorized Charges Credit Cards
I want to encourage everyone who has been VICTIMIZED by Norton (Symantec) to report the activity to your respective State Attorney General's Office. They are responsible for investigating and taking action against these types of crimes. Most of the state AG's have online complaint forms.

Billed twice
Renewal of Norton Anti virus. I was billed two different amounts for an added extra that i did not want nor was i asked if i wanted.

Duplicate billing
I have been billed twice for uploading norton anti virus product... Once on July 7 and once on July 24, 2008. The first time I installed product it appeared to have downloaded, but then on the 24th it said it didn't process so I did it again, stupid me!! I just received my charge statement and saw that I have been billed twice...

Unauthorized charge on Credit Card
Authorized my Annual Norton renewal for 62.99 and was charged an additional unauthorized charge by Symantec of 59.99. I did not receive anything from Symantec about a renewal but the unauthorized charge was posted to my account on the same day the Norton renewal was.

unauthorized charges
I have two entries on my
VISA bill for 59.99 from DRI Symantic dated 7-12-08. I did not authorize these charges. Please explain.

Charged three times
I purchased Norton Security system for my computer and my credit card was charged twice on the same day of purchase. I was also charged the day before when I attempted to purchase and put my card information in, but was booted off the system before I submitted my complete information. I am asking for credit of $39.99, twice, for return of overcharges.fb5e2.

Charged twice for Norton Security download
Received email confirming the purchase of Norton Security download and received credit card statement today and have been charged twice .It's impossible to contact them directly and after reading all the similar complaints there seems only one way to deal with this company and that's to go to the media and get them involved! It wasn't straight forward downloading the product either.
