fraudulently using my phone number to charge customers
This company is hacking into peoples computers and has been using my phone number to do illegal charges. I am a disabled individual and have no connection to this company.

no service
I paid $59.99 for renewel of my Norton (Symantec) Internet security program on12-17-08. I never was protected and this compony kept trying to get me to buy the same program that i just paid for for month on end. My viruses on my computer got so bad, that i finally had to purchase another protection(webroot). 6 hours on the telephone and a dryrun to someone elses computer later, i was finally able to use my computer again, just to get my e-mails. Not to mention $53.00 for the new program plus $32.00 for technical special assistance. Never again. I like to get my $59.99 back of course. Just try to get someone on the phone!

Double billing!
I signed up for automatic renewal and was charged for it, but also was charged a second time also for Symantec/Norton renewal.

Unauthorized charge
I authorized a charge for AVG virus protection for our laptop, but nothing else. I got 2 charges on our credit card, one for the AVG virus protection and the other I have no clue about.

Double billing
Renewed Norton virus protection for $39.99 and was also billed $39.99 by Symantecstore.com for what I have no clue. I thought this was a mistake at first until I started reading the complaints from so many other people having the same problem.
Now it sounds like Symantic just trying to rip people off. Time someone investigates this bunch of crooks. Just imagine how much these crooks are making from people who very seldom check their credit card billing.

why is the cost for the security program $109.97? Who authorized this charge to my account? Other security programs costs $30.00-$60.00. Why is this so high? Please respond asap.

Charged 2 times for Norton antivirus protection
I was charged twice on my credit card, 03/30/08 and 4/06/08 for renewing my norton anti virus protection. Who must I contact to resolve this situation ?
