I did not authorize the use of my credit card. I did not order this product. I do not want my credit card used again with out my permission I will be stopping payment on this order.

unauthorized charge to my card
They made an unauthorized charge to my card. It is a card that I NEVER use and didn't give anyone permission to use it. I had a call 161142000718 information about my system. The transaction number is -- 24692161142000718155742. I want a full refund applied back to this card. I am contacting the card company and telling them that i am disputing this charge also so they will release me from any late fees.

unauthorized charge of $44.95
I was charged for an new contract from Trend Micro unauthorized.
I do not even have the computer that they were supposed to be protecting for over a year. They asked me to authorize an update but I refused to. So they just took it out my checking account on June 8, 2011 for the figure of $44.95. I have no way of contacting them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY DID NOT SEND ME AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY ME OF MY CHOICE TO RENEW SOFTWARE BUT INSTEAD CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND THEN LIED TO MY BANK ABOUT IT BY TELLING MY BANK WHEN I ALLEGEDLY PURCHASED A RENEWAL WITH MY VISA/DEBIT CARD. I RECEIVED NO CONFIRMATION FROM DRI TREND MICRO EITHER ABOUT THEIR CHARGING MY CARD AND MY ALLEGED RENEWAL. COMPANY IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE BY TELEPHONE TO DISCUSS THE MATTER WITH ME. SHAME ON THEM!!! I'M SORRY THAT THEY ARE RIPPING OFF SO MANY PEOPLE AND I HOPE THAT THIS FRAUD WILL BE STOPPED ASAP.

ON 3-27-2011, I WAS CHARGED $79.90 ON MY CHASE MASTERCARD THAT I DIDN'T AUTHERIZE. I WOULD LIKE THIS CHARGE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

Charged for no product/no consent
I have been charged for a product over and over again for a 1x download. I have had my credit card charged each month-I never signed a clear document which stated this.

I DO WANT SECURITY PROTECTION BUT WITH MY CONSENT, AND THIS IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I PAID LAST YEAR.
