not ordered/not authorized
I did not order any thing from Dri Trend Micro. I need this $68.14 charge reimbursed on 02/14/2011 on my bank account.

Gharged without permission

auto renewal scam
Trend Micro kept charging me annual renewal fees three years after I cancelled my subscription to the service.
I didn't catch the renewals in 2009 and 2010 (44.95 each) but I caught this year's charge of 62.95. I called to have them all refunded and was told they could only refund from 30 days. So they refunded my 2011 charge and referred me to the sales dept to talk about the last two years.
I called their sales dept and found out that the first person I talked to who refunded my 2011 renewal fee didn't even cancel the auto renewal. That was the whole problem in the first place! The sales dept refused to refund my last two years worth of fees and blamed me for not reading my credit card statements in a timely manner. Oh I see, you send me countless emails asking me to renew my subscription and when I don't, you charge me anyway. Now you tell me it's MY fault because I didn't check my credit card statement soon enough to catch them! Why send emails asking me to renew if you just renew it yourself automatically?!
Is there any way I can recover my money from them?

Unauthorized Credit Card Charge
They are taking forever on the phone to reverse the charges for support I didn't ask for or receive. They told me that all of their Auto Renewals go through Digital River out of Minneapolis, the local # for Digital River is 952-646-5980. I am making Trend Micro work on my refund, hoping not to have to make a call to Digital River.

UNKNOWN CHARGES
Transaction date 8/27/2010 for $47.76 and 12/25/2010 for $74.32 were unauthorized charges...I have NO idea what this is for and would like them credited to my account!

Unauthorized charge
I was billed for this virus scan and I did not authorize it. Please credit my account immediately. I have not used this virus can in almost 2 years. I did not authorize this please credit my account. I have already contacted my bank about this unauthorized charge.

wrongfully charge
I was charged on 12/17/2010 $62.95 to my Visa Debit card. I did not order this and I would like my money put back into my account. I did not authorize this at any point and time.

triple billed
I have no idea why i have been billed 3 times for this product

Please adjust this mess asap, needless to say how disapointed I am with this.

charge to credit card
A charge of $50.35 was placed on my Bank of America credit card on Nov. 17, 2010 (posting date). I did not order this product; I do not use this product; I do not want this product, and I do not need it either. How can I get the charge revoked?
