I was billed on my debit card by Dri Trend Micro for a product I never purchased. Other need to be aware. My bank is currently disputing this charge.

I renewed my antivirus software but did not receive the download to apply it. There were two charges applied to my credit card by DRI TREND MICRO. One for $59.95 and another for $6.95.
I did receive numerous E-mails from the company telling me my subscription was out of date. I could not find a phone number for them. I tried to E-mail and they wanted to charge an additional fee to help me and answer my questions. HELP!

I was charged on my credit card fo Trend Micro Antivirus which I did not authorize. I want it taken off my credit card.

I have a charge for Dri Trend Micor of $42.45. I did not order this and I do not want it. I would like a refund of the charges to my account and orders in the future.
