I just received a charge for 44.95 on my VISA card for something I did not order. What the HELL is going on?

I did not authorize Trend Micro to renew my antivirus protection, nor did I authorize them to debit my credit card for $44.95. They did the same thing last year without my permission.

I did not renew my subscription on December 2, 2009, I did not ask for renewal because I have received my virus protector free. I need to receive back from 44.95 credited to my account. Please call as I don't wish to do this in an e-amil. I wish to check with my bank to make sure you credited my account order on 12/2/ 2009. What right did you have to just debit my account. I have a charge on my Visa 11/12 ref.nbr.0074 of 7.99 also same date ref.nbr. 8697 55.95, I have not received the product, my computer says I need an anti virus. I want this bill to be taken off on the charge card now. Thank you Janice Hauger

credit card has been charged for something i dont use and have no way to clear this up . Who can i talk to about this matter
