They sent a trial item, it was opened, I did not want - told to cancel - they already had sent one-cost was on my credit card and they would not do anything about it.

I paid for free shippping on a trial order as they have advertised online. DRI charged my credit card for $4.95 shipping but never sent my trial order. 2 weeks later they charged my card for $69.87 (perhaps for a full bottle), then 2 weeks later charged my card again for $69.87. To top it all, I never received ANY product. I tried to call DRI at 866-540-9633 (the number on my credit card statement) but could never get through. Finally, when I stayed on the phone for almost an hour, the DRI rep said it's over 30 days so they can't give me a refund. She also said it was my fault that I didn't read the terms & conditions which states if I don't cancel in 2 weeks, they will charge my card. Such a SCAM!

I had previously ordered the trial package and intentionally denied any other promotionary offers from this company upon finalization. Recently, a charge of $74.76 was made to my account which was completely unauthorized. I want the money to be returned immediately and no more information or charges to be posted to my account hereafter.

I had ordered the trial offer, was sent the product and my card was charged 69.87. They continue to sent this product at least once a month and continue to charge my card. This has occured 5 seperate times, for a total of 349.35. Every attempt to contact them is answered by an answering machine, thus far I have not recieved a return call from them. I want my money back...
