Charging credit card after I cancelled my order
I ordered a trial of Acai-aSlim for $4.95 and with it an online help with nutriention/exercise, etc. for 29.95 a month. I rejected the online help but was charged. When I called about the charge on my credit card- I was told if I bought the trial product I had to buy the online service.I said that I rejected it. I was told I checked the box that I had read the agreement and agreed. I told them when I read the information I rejected that service. After I fussed a few more minutes they cancelled my order for the online service and finally refunded my money. I then called the Acai-aSlim and cancelled my order. Too late to get the first payment stopped but it would be cancelled. They then proceeded to charge my credit one more time even after they stopped the order.

bill charge card and haven't sent product
I ordered their product on a free trial, only had to pay postage, which I did. I sent a letter by email to cancel product only to receive a full charge on the product on my next visa bill. I called and they gave me a credit on my next visa bill which I received, but there was a new charge for the same amount on the new Visa bill as well. When I called them, the man was very insulting and rude and refused to give me any credit. He said they were charging for the original bottle because I hadn't canceled within 15 days. I did cancel right after I got the bottle of pills which were supposed to be a free trial. What a fraud! Buyers beware. Donna

charging for no product, and did not order more than my $4.95 trial bottle
They try and get you by buying the trial size at $4.95. If you don't call and cancel they keep charging your account $79.95 every couple of weeks, and didn't even get the product. The customer service person I spoke with #256 hung up on me.

Credit card Charges without permission
I ordered a free trial offer of Acaia Slim for $4.95. I am now being charged $79.95 for product I did not order on 2 different dates of Dec. 5, 2008 and also Dec. 20, 2008.
This is $79.95 each. I'm wondering about other statements I should look at. I would like this taken off my account immediately please.

Credit card charge was not correctly advertised. Was told it would be $4.95, then 9 days later a $79.95 charge appeared. Now their phone number is not answering.

unathorized credit card payment
Today I was looking at my acount and I noticed a $79.95 fee taking out of my acount from DRI*AcaiaSlim without my permision. I had already paid the shipping and handling for the free sample, but they went ahead and decided to take this money out of my acount. I have not been able to find out anything about this company yet, but I will keep trying

Unauthorized Charges to my Credit Card
I previously ordered the AcaiaSlim for the $5.95 intro price just to see what it was. I toss it, never used it. I have subsequently been charged $79.95 for this product which I did not order nor authorize any further charges. Also, there was nothing written either on their online pitch or included with the shipment that stated I was obligated for further shipments or charges. I have reported this to my Bank's Disputed/Fraudulent Charges Section and cancelled my Credit Card.
