	Ann-Marie Salmon May 25, 2011 unauthorized charge On 5/19/2011 the above company posted a charge to my credit card in the amount of $80.79. I do not use this product and did not authorize this charge. Would like the above amount credited back to my card a.s.a.p. Thank you
	Helen McLean January 23, 2011 Illegal debit to my bank account I have checked my bank account statement and found that on 17th December 2010, the company has debited my account for renewal of anti-virus software which I did not authourise. Since I purchased this product two years ago and it failed to prevent my hard drive from becoming corrupted and losing the entire memory bank, I would not authorise a further renewal of this product or recommend it to anyone! I did not request the renewal so I expect this to be fixed ASAP. Helen McLean
	Kelly Saxon January 11, 2011 illegal charge to my credit card I checked my account today and found that the company has taken monbey out of my credit card when I never authourised it. I have not requested that they do this. Please fix ASAP. THanl You Kelly Saxon [email protected]
