Taking payments from my credit card account
I have noticed that PC Tools based in either Ireland or Reading have taken monies from my credit card account with Tesco's - using the following
DRI*PCTOOLS.COM 952-908-4084, GBREIWIYD reference. The sum taken was £19:93 on the 14 August 2010
I have not been able to contact them as their is now phone contact number for them.

charging credit card without purchase
I received my credit card (VISA) statement in the mail to find a 39.95$ charge from this company for no reason. I did not purchase anything or order anything. Please be aware of this scam!

unauthorized charge of debit card
We have NEVER ordered anything from this website yet when I checked my banking online, there was a charge of $29.95. We are disputing it of course, but meanwhile we have to change our credit cards because the bank said this company will charge again...how did they get our cc in the first place?? We have never even been to that site much less ordered from them. Isnt this against the law? There are numerous complaints about this exact same thing on this site, some going back a couple years...why is this company still being allowed to do this????

unauthorized charge
i downloaded two softwares from them in 2007, which i never really got to use because the softwares are like spywares themselves...and ruined my computer. i later moved and changed my computers. but this company, without my permission, or even without notification, continued to charge me in 2008 and 2009 for "auto renewal", which i never authorized.

unautherized debit
DRI*pctools.com seem to be very good at unautherized debit I was very surprised to see £19.94 debited from my account, rang Credit card company they gave me a phone number for pctools which does not exist so back to the credit card company. Im covered so I`m told, but for a company that relies on the Internet sales in my view its sad.
ITS HARD TO GET A GOOD REPUTATION BUT VERY EASY TO LOSE IT . phil
