UNAUTHORISED CHARGE TO CREDIT CARD
An unauthorised charge against my credit card for US$29.95 or NZ$53.15 for DRI*PCTOOLS.COM - dont know what it is for and strongly disagree with this company being able to automatically debit my credit card for something I know nothing about. Have a dispute with bank/credit card company. People beware of using this website for any downloads. Cannot find how to contact them. As a quick fix I have cancelled credit card so this company cannot do this sort of thing again. I want a refund.

UNAUTHORIZED CREDITCARD WITHDRAWL
i was billed on my creditcard for € 29.95 marked as ; 952-908-4048 GBR. i`ve never even heard of this company and want that billing stopped . question is HOW to stop it . if i dont find out how to stop them from billing me, ill block my creditcard for a while . maybe thats the way to end this billing . i dont know what else to do . anyone of you know how to end it ??? pls. tell me if you do .

Charged $29.95 unauthorized For the past 2 yrs
Unauthorized Purchase of PCTOOLS subscription for the past 2 yrs that I did not catch on my credit card. On Dec 03/o8 I caught this purchased and discovered that this company had billed for the past 2 yrs that I hadn't caught. I asked for a total refund but was told that they could only give a refund for the past6 mos. I feel this is a scam and is illegal and when you call they give the run around and no results to change any of their business refunds since it was past 6mos. except for this time of $29.95 since I caught this as it was posted 11/28 and billed 12/01/08.
These people should be stopped and put out of business.

I have four different charges of $29.95 put on my credit card on 10/24/08. I have no idea who these people are or what I supposedly bought from them.

MONEY TAKEN FROM ACCOUNT.
ON THE 09/11/08 PC TOOLS HAVE REMOVED MONEY FROM MY ANZ ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TOTAL WAS $49.95. I NO LONGER USE THIS COMPANY FOR INERNET SECURITY. PLEASE ADVISE HOW I CAN RETREIVE THIS AMOUNT FROM THIS TYPE OF ACTION.

I no longer own a computer.
As I explained in the subject line above. I no longer own a computer, I havn't owned one in a while. I was wonder why my Sears Master card was charged i guess to renew my spy program. Can someone get back to me and explain what these charges are. The charges were made in August or September.

Unauthorized $29.95 credit card charge
Automatic credit card charge 3 yrs after cancelling service with this vendor. Attempts to contact vendor by phone twice has left me listening to music waiting for more than 20 minutes each time with no contact with business rep. This is how fraud continues. Have disputed debt and requested my credit card to block further attempts by DRI*PCTOOLS to fraudulently charge my card.

Unauthorized Debit
Don't know the website... my accout just said: DRI*PCTOOLS.COM this posted on my account on 11/10/08... the amount was 39.95. Last Thursday I saw another unauthorized debit of 39.95 by DRI**ELEMENT5.COM (whoever this is? a scam ofcourse.) ... yet this last scam on the 11/10 was after I changed my Debit Card number??? How is that even possible... I JUST HAD IT CHANGED AND HAVE NOT USED IT!!!

I had a credit card purchase of 29.95 from dri*pctools.com. I have never heard or purchase anything from them.
