I checked into a government grant program and they have charged my debit card the amount of 15.88 and 29.95 and 63.70. I called and talked with a chad on the phone at 888 306 8845 amd was told that they do not reimburse charges and that I am a member of this co. I am not and would like a refund, can you help.
