	Gramma_613 May 21, 2010 downloaded "key" to enable netbook to play movies I was trying to play a DVD and netbook informed me that I needed a plug-in to be able to play DVDs. Provided site connection to view available plug-ins and one was with DRISONIC SOLUTIONS. Price was not bad, but NOT listed as being inthe $20.00 range. I could neither find the download once it was downloaded, nor was it working on its own. I could not contact the site proprietors and felt that I'd been scammed out of the $20.00+ that I'd spent. I was also unable to print the "receipt" which came out blank each time I tried to do so. I worte to DRISONIC SOLUTIONS and received no satisfaction there, being ignored completely. I would like my money back or some tech help in dealing with making the product work.
	suitsme March 11, 2010 returned jewelry box In Setember 2009 I ordered a jewelry box for my granddaughter and when it arrived I realized it was much too large for an 8 year old girl. I was charged $84.60 on my credit card for the item. After contacting the company by email in December 2009 I was instructed to return the jewelry box for credit. I did that in December 2009 and have yet to receive my credit. Unfortunately I cannot find the address of the company at this time and I did not insure the package.
