	smartalecktexan March 12, 2011 Unauthorized Charge to Credit Card Unauthorized Charge to Credit Card - apparently unauthorized renewal of spyware package purchased about a year ago. NO contact from the company requesting renewal authorization! "Disputed Charge" case opened with credit card company.
	peter.williams1030 February 8, 2011 Unauthorized charges On 22 December 2010 an unauthorized charge was made to my credit card for an amount of $US39.99. The reference number is 952-646-5288 MN. I request that this sum be reimbursed and no further charges made please. I no longer have the computer that the spi hunter software was originally downloaded to. My email address is [email protected]. Could you please respond to this request.

	October 3, 2008 unauthorised withdrawal on visa card Every six months this company takes out money on my account and I can't stop them: I never downloaded any software or bought anything from them so far as I know.
	October 1, 2008 withdrew $29.99 from my debit card without my knowledge or consent, I have NO idea who or what this company is; I DID NOT order anything from them. $29, 99 was withdrawn from my debit card without my knowledge or consent on 9/16/08 by this company which is completely unknown to me. I order nothing from anyone using my debit card on or around this date. I just discovered this and will continue to try and get it rectified.
	September 28, 2008 unauthorised bank debit This company has obtained an amount from my debit card account without any authorisation from me.
