We tried to install Norton for security on our home computer and we are unable to install the Norton program. I recieved my credit card statement and I was charged two ( 2) times for this program. We do not have this program nor would we like it, therefore I expect a full refund from both charges. I am contacting my credit card company tomorrow in regards to this matter.
