i had an unauthorized charge of 39.99 on my checking acct. i want a number to get this fixed and get it refunded. i mean because it is christmas time and i dont just have money that can come out of my acct without knowing what for and just because. i am pretty angry that this has happened and i want my money back. i dont know who has done it or why but i did not authorize it and i want my money back as soon as posssible.
