On September 9, 2008 I paid DRI*Symatis $39.99 to renew my virus protection on one of my two computers. Todate I do not have any protection against viruses. I just renewed my coverege on my second computer and I hope I won't lose coversge on the piece of equipment. I need action NOW. If I don't hear from someone and get the coverage I paid for I will be contacting the FCC, FTA, and the better business bureau.
