money taken from my card.
I was checking my credit card and found this 74.99 taken out from this company i want my money back no one had the right to remove this money ! Now my daughters phone is shut off so if you dont wont to pay for the reactivation fee and my money i would put my money back.

unauthorized charge on bank card
When I opened my bank statement about 30 minutes ago, I saw a charge to your company for $64.99. I did not order anything from your company. In fact, I have no idea what you sell. I have talked with customer service at my bank and I am filing a fraud charge for this purchase. I expect $64.99 to be deposited back into my account immediately. I will expect acknowledgement of this complaint to be sent to my e-mail address above immediately.

unauthorized charge
Reviewing our Visa transaction detail, we found a charge for $59.99 from DRI*Symantec with the address of myord.com/symMN but no transaction was authorized and no product received. I tried to email the address as listed to have the charge removed and was not able to actually get in contact with any such company.
Any help would be greatly appreciated removing this charge.

Unauthorized charge
I renewed my Norton and paid for a year. Then today (2/2010) I had another charge for $34.99 on my debit card. I will never use norton again! Now I am also sceptical to pay anything on line!
