Overcharged
I renewed my norton annual renewal on 06/01/08. I was notified via my computer that for an extra $3o.00 I could get pc power boost service. When I received my VISA statement I was billed, $64.79 for my annual norton 360 subscription plus $89.99 from dri*symantec for the pc power boost system. I was assigned case # 488527507 and dealt with a Tina Mc Naughton.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unexpected charge to VISA
I was recently in Portugal using my lap top and I thought that I was responding to a request to re-new my annual Norton subscription. I was surprised that this was not the case and my VISA has been debited with 129.99 euros - £106.43. I do not know what this is for. I do not want it!

Scam charges
What ever this is I did not order and would appreciate them crediting my Visa account with $56.98. Thank you.

Scam charges
I received a DRI Symatec charge for $53.74 and a Norton annual renewal charge for 53.59. I called Norton and received a case file # of 488563808 and they told me their charge of $53.59 would be credited back to VISA. MY QUESTIONS are what services am I pay you for? I don't know what my computer is protected against, if anything, at this time. Was I originally double charged? Are you affiliated with Norton? Please explain what's going on. Is this a scam? Before taking other action I'll wait a couple of days for your reply. Also if I decide to cancel whatever it is you provide let me know how its done.

Paid 2 year Norton protection contract and still do not have virus protection
I paid for 2 years of Norton Protection Service on March 19, 2008 in the amount of $189.97. The order number of the transaction is 772755575. The ID key isTW29DYJM64T9TVXCD6TRKTDTB43XBXHTC. Every time I sign on I get the message that I have no Norton Protection. The name on the bank statement of who received the payment is DRI*SYMANTEC HP MOBIL.

internet security scam
DRIsymantec sent a reminder to my computer notifying me that my renewal was due .they gave their name as symantec.as i was covered by norton symantec and had an automatic renewal i ignored their first reminder but they persisted and kept telling me iwas not covered.unfortunately i gave them my details and renewed with them.on receiving my bank statement today i see that i have paid twice i now realise it was a scam and would be grateful if you could investigate and try to stop anyone else getting caught
