I see two unauthorize charges to my visa card last four#5409.

1) 6/30/09-trans.#24692169180000843543917- $8.99

2)6/30/09 -trans.#24692169180000843543925- $79.99

I have'nt the slightest idea why my account was charged. I currently have full service with Verizon. Please resolve this problem and reinstate the above charges to my visa card. Thank you, Aubrey.

on april 29th 2009, they deduck US$136.78 from my card. can you refound this money

I have discovered a debit amount of £44.99 taken from my credit card
I did not order a product from Dri*Symantec - www. Myford .com
This money was taken without my authority.
I have recently re-ordered my annual Norton Anti-Virus programme
at a cost of £39.99 which I accept.
Please advise me how this has happened and I wish to have my account credited with £44.99 as soon as possible

Purchased Norton AntiVirus 2009 window on line. Was not issued a Product Key to activate the account. Finally purchased the same Norton AntiVirus 2009 locally. I want a refund of $39.99.

On 3/10 I was charged for a download $63.97.
On 3/21 I was charged with a renewal of $69.99.
One or the other of these charges should be removed from my account
